The Inclusion Delusion(or illusion)Continued;
As our “Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church” falls away from divine authority and lapses into moral relativism, leading flocks down crooked paths, we who try to live in the Word have a responsibility, and that’s to call it out. All of it.
We’ve fallen into an abyss where “kindness and inclusion” are more important than personal responsibility, and while kindness and inclusion are important, we as a Church seem to have arrived at a place where “God is negotiable,” or “adjustable” according the “tide of the times,” whether it be via “synodal process” or the ambiguity fostered by the late “Pope Francis,” as we’ve come to a place where scripture is “negotiable and “selective,” and we might as well throw our Catechism out with the bath water, because it’s being ignored entirely.
I love that I belong to a Parish that’s very diverse and organically inclusive, but when I witness Godless ideologies trickling in, whether they be “feminism,” “Pride,” or merely “leans” towards political partisanship in one direction or another, it makes me want to cringe, especially when our pastorate from the “top down” has put such a blemish on our Church’s reputation through its own gross misdeeds. Cover ups, hush money payouts, and exploitation of our children as well as exploitation of “marginalized groups” for political leverage has been the trend as of late, and while popularity and cash flow seem to be at an all time high, all that money and popularity will carry no weight in the eternal sense when “Judgement Day” rolls around. I have no doubt there will be “wailing and gnashing of teeth,” (appearing multiple times in the Gospels but largely ignored at the pulpit)as God isn’t going to be mocked for one second in any of this. It doesn’t help that such a large portion of our pastorate is either “biologically gay,” practicing or otherwise, or struggling with some other deviance, and it’s been more than proven that pedophilia is and has been rampant through those ranks for a very long time. It also doesn’t help that one dead bishop kind of took the fall for the rest, many of whom are still living cushy lives, waiting in the shadows for ways to “groom” new victims.
At the end of the day, it’s all about pride. That “deadly sin that goes before a fall,” yet, there are actually priests out there putting “pride symbology” on display and proclaiming that it’s ok to celebrate “pride” because it’s a “different kind of pride.” No, it isn’t, and I pray for the soul of anyone who might fall for such a gross “framing” of a lie. Why would I not consider the very real possibility that these priests are using these “pride celebrations” as outlets for their own indiscretions?
We, the laity, need to step back and look in, because many of us are just “going with the flow,” and “not making waves” because we don’t want to appear unkind or “non-inclusionary.” We have to be resilient to the “guilt trip” they might try to impose upon us, because God is God, and much of our pastorate is working deeply in Satan’s lair wreaking havoc and schism on everything they touch. It’s a time where we have to put on the armor of God and speak the whole truth, because being “all in and totally His” really isn’t for sissies.❤️🙏
